At Mill Neck, we have a number of volunteer
opportunities, some requiring no previous experience and others
requiring sign language skills. In either case, we select
volunteers who are enthusiastic about our work and who are
interested in exploring more about themselves. Volunteers
must be 18 years old or over. Currently, we have a limited
number of volunteer opportunities which includes:
Starting in the Spring, assist with gardening (pruning,weeding and clean-up) on Mill Neck Manor campus. Needed within the hours of 9 am to 3 pm, Monday -Friday.
Assist the Technology Coordinator with clerical work. Office skills needed. Knowledge of technology helpful. Needed within the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
Assist the Technology Coordinator with maintenance and troubleshooting of campus-wide computers.Technology skills required. Needed within the hours of 8 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
