At Mill Neck, we work everyday to enhance the quaility of life for people who are Deaf, or who have other special communication needs, through excellence in individually designed educational, vocational or spiritual programs and services. Since our first official Festival in 1961, the event's purpose has been to help support these programs and serivces, while educating the community about Deafness. We have been successful each year, thanks to the past support of many individuals, local businesses and church organizations.
