Mill Neck and Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services, Inc. are examining ways in which Mill Neck's expertise in Deafness, and particularly in serving individuals who are developmentally disabled and Deaf, could be applicable to Bethesda's work.

Bethesda operates 42 community-based living residences in 10 states. Its emphasis has always been on serving developmentally disabled adults.
